A : If you have set up your account to receive leads and you do not take the call for whatever reason you will be charged for the lead. You can go back and contact the lead at a later time.
Q: Can I place my account on hold?
A: You have full control over your account and can pause, restart, change hours and days whenever you wish. Do not use the pause function to hold your account for more than the current day because your account resets the next business day.
Q: What if I am speaking with a hot transfer and another lead is sent over?
A: We highly recommend placing your account on pause if you are speaking to an applicant because you will be charged for the lead if you do not take the call/lead.
Q: I am not receiving enough leads per day how can I increase leads daily?
A: Ask your account representative what is the best option in order to increase the number of leads per day?
Q: What is your lead return policy?
A: The lead are guaranteed to close or replaced. Example, if you purchase 5 leads and close two, three leads will be credited. Maximum credit is the total dollar amount spent. So if you purchase $745 worth of leads the maximum credit can be $745. Return the lead as soon as you know it will not turn into a loan. Your account will be credited usually within one business day with another lead.
